In game vendor issue

I listed on my in-game vendor tab a Heavy belt for a wrong price by mistake and until I realized it was too late to change the price as the item went in cooldown. I was waiting for the lock to time out but even if I was waiting with the tab open, the second the lock went away, 3 ppl teleported and snatched it, I don't even know which one of them. This lock system is utterly idiotic, I'm a new player and lost quite some currency with that drop on wrong price because of this feature. Can you do anything to fix that? A heavy belt on the Abyssal is around 35-38 Vaal orbs which for me as freshly arrived on maps is quite a loss.

You need early access section for this feedback, these mechanics don't exist in POE1.
