Help and Information - Issue with a key redemption - Forum

After buying the Liberator of Wraeclast supporter pack, I gave my friend a key for POE2... but when she inputs the code it says it cannot be redeemed to her account. There's no further guidance and I'm unsure what the issue is. Any support in getting the code to work for her so she can play POE2 with me would be greatly appreciated.
