Constant FPS lag

Don't get me wrong obviously I could upgrade my PC but I'm not the only one having issues even people with higher end PC's are getting shit frames I love POE so much I've been putting hundreds of hours into POE2 and I know it's early access but I'm playing the game with like 30-50fps in maps sometimes even dipping down to 15fps on juiced maps, it takes 20 years to load atlas map in the first place it would just be nice to be able to disable all the random animations and stuff they're cool honestly but waiting to load the Atlas and having constant crap frames isn't a fair trade at all.

I have 0 crashes this league and game runs smoothly on 90fps in the most dense areas.
