Perfect Orbs of Transmutation and Augmentation Ignoring Minimum Mod Level

Hi,

These orbs will ignore minimum modifier level in the following cases, and there may be more:
Working on an Ancestrial Tiara iLvl 80 in all the below cases, 3 identical normal bases

- Able to roll T1 Mana which is a level 65 modifier. I assume the T1 is overriding the minimum modifier level of 70 which is either a clear bug or misleading.

- Able to roll T2 prefix rarity which is a lvl 65 roll. My assumption here is that I hit T1 rarity which is a lvl 81 roll and since my base is lvl 80 it downgraded one tier.


Both of these cases clearly gave me modifiers below the minimum level of 70 requirement, and have clear steps to replicate if you do the same on the ilvl 80 normal int helmet bases.

I have not noticed this before the 3.1 patch so I am unsure when this was introduced. It sucks to happen when plenty of prefixes and suffixes between levels 70 and 80 exist to go on the item.

Minimum Modifier Level cannot be used to remove types of modifiers from the pool entirely. The highest tier of a modifier the item can have, cannot be excluded with Minimum Modifier Level.

Thanks for the info, that changes how I look at crafting. I guess I had been very very lucky so far. I guess its good to know for rolling things like +2 proj on quivers I can still use perfects.
