Cleansed map modifiers (+prefix -suffix) now make little sense.

Now that 3.0 changed the way prefixes and suffixes work on waystones, I think the cleansed map modifier that gives "+% effect of prefix, -% effect of suffix" makes little sense. Before you got additional bonuses from your prefixes (like rarity/quant) AND at the same time made your negative suffixes more manageable. Now you get some rarity from +prefix only to lose it from -suffix. It's weird man... I do not think it was considered when making the waystone change.
