Cannot log in because PlayStation network cannot be reached

I was playing the game normally until disconnect. Tried to log back in and got the above error message. Have been logged into psn the entire time. Attempted restart, cache clear, reboot of ps and modem, game reinstall. Nothing has worked. Still receiving same error message. If I’m missing something can I get some advice? Otherwise, is this a psn or ggg issue? Thank you for any assistance.
