Severe FPS drops after resolution change, persists even after file repair and reset

I just upgraded my monitor from 1080p to 4K, After changing monitor and in-game resolution to 4k settings in Path of Exile 2, I experienced a significant drop in FPS performance. Even after reverting the resolution back to 1080p, the FPS drop to 4k settings.

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

-Verified game files / ran PackCheck (no remaining errors)

-Deleted production_Config.ini and allowed the game to create new settings

-Cleared Shader Cache (both GPU driver and in-game cache folders)

-Updated GPU drivers with a clean install

-Reinstalled the game on SSD

-Tried both DirectX 12 and Vulkan renderers

-Disabled VSync, Dynamic Resolution, Bloom, Motion Blur, Depth of Field

-Lowered graphics settings
