Latency Issue with Uruguay

Good evening, I am sending this email because every night between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., my ping starts to rise from 100 to 2000 ms, which makes it unplayable. The rest of the day it stays at 30 ms. I would like to know if you could resolve this issue, as nighttime is when I play the most and enjoy the game. I am located in Uruguay. This issue is for POE2. Thank you very much.
