Ritual Not Interactable

The first ritual I came across on the map was not interactable

this has happened to me as well. you have to run around it and some like dead skeletons or enemies will stand up you have to kill these first then it will be interactable.

note you can not really see them just standing there you need to run around inside and outside the circle

Thanks, I thought it might be something like that and did run around the area little without seeing anything. I guess I'll try to be more thorough if it happens again.
