From what I can tell 2h damage is over the top and should have some drawback with a shield involved.
Especially with the new armour applied to ele mod. I think you simply would have too much damage and too much tank at the same time. Use a 1h if you dont like giants blood, has more than enough damage. Can still reach decent health with giants blood anyways. Not that big of an issue. Id still reach over 4k with it, and I barely have any investment in my 93 titan. Mash the clean

What if instead it made your int and dex 0 so your forced into strength only?
Would be more on theme and arguably more punishing as u could only use strength gems gear n such. |
