Game Bug: Stairs In Precursor Tower Can Not Be Used (Sinking Spire)

Current Patch Version is 0.3.1

As the title of this post states:
The stairs of this area can not be used, which halts the progression of this map.

I will highlight on the following image where the stairs can be visually seen, but yet no icon-prompt to use these stairs is available to click-on.

I would like to see this issue fixed as soon as possible, because
I can not imagine this is a complex issue to resolve.

If the image looks broken and can not be seen properly on this forum, then just Right-Click the broken image and then select "Open Image in New Tab".
You should be able to see the image properly in the New Tab.
