Succour does not work with Blood of the warrior gargantuan Life Flask

Hi,

Succour does not seem to count the healing effect of blood of the warrior gargantuan life flask as a healing flask effect even though as stated the flask does heal and its clearly a healing flask,

I have heard that the problem also occurs with Olroth flask when i asked a friend to also test it.

From what i have been reading and understanding the Unique Blood of the warrior flask should keep it's healing effect up even when full health (which is the case in the image below), yet for succour it doesnt count as a flask effect at all. Please advise?
