Game crashed after opening a strongbox

My game chashed after I opened a stringbox in Sun Temple. Now I can't even log into the game with that character anymore.
Don't know how to upload a screenshot.

Also earlier I lost a map after deciding to kill the boss before finishing the map. Once boss was killed I could not leave boss room thus losing the remaining of the map
