Massive Network Spikes

I thought at first it might be graphical issues or something else, but I opened the performance graph in the settings and watched as my network ping was bouncing from a normal 20-30ms to >6000ms. I reset my modem and router, the game, and verified files to try and fix the problem. None of those made a difference. I'm not expecting some miracle instant fix. I'm just posting, so someone might take note at GGG and look into it.
