Overwhelming Presence icon does not show

Even though Overwhelming Presence shows as on in the skills list, and is consuming spirit, there is no icon in the top left of the UI, and no indication around the toon that there is an aura.

Overwhelming Presence does not affect you and therefore does not appear in your buff bar.
It makes the monsters have a slight red glow.  |
