double bosses do not drop loot if killed at the same time

as stated here there is still some sort of bug where if you kill both bosses of an encounter at the same time it will brick the bosses and they wont drop any loot.
this has happened to me two times in sealed vault and almost pretty much every time in floor 2 of sekhema trials.
dont know if it has any connection but im using a poison build and have bursting plague as a support on my plague bearer maybe the plague damage after the death of the first boss one shots the other and bricks it.
