Omen of Amelioration not working

Got multiple clips of me dying and losing 10% xp with omen activated

Pretty god damn frustrating playing this season there’s a lot of minor issues starting to add up blah blah it’s early access sure but certain things need to function properly….get your shit together I’m regretting convincing my friends to buy this game.

It’s still happening last night and this morning.

Does anyone know what’s causing this to happen? it’s extremely frustrating..

This problem is ruining this season for me. Constantly one step forward and two steps back I can’t make any fucking real progress

drop rates garbage and crafting luck is terrible, having to buy omens that are going up in price and for them to not work on top of that is absolute bullshit.
