Item where the gem was Socketed: The Coming Calamity (Heroic Armour, Corrupted)

2. Step-by-Step Description of the Bug
The loss occurred following an involuntary un-socketing of the gem after a map zone transition.

I socketed the Dialla's Desire gem into Herald Of Ash

After i finished the map and come back to hideout the armour unique THE COMING CALAMITY HEROIC ARMOUR CORRUPTED waz gone i have panic and relog the game after that the armour appeared in my inventory but all gems are gone.

So I ASK NOW IS GGG GIVING ME BACK 35 DIVINES ? OR WHAT IS HAPPENING I SUPPORT THE GAME AND SPEAND REALY MONEY ON INVENTORY STASHES AND SUPPORTER PACKS TO GIVE WHAT BACK ? SO MY PROGRESION ON THE GAME AND TIME LOST TO GET A GOOD GEM IS GONE BECOSE THE GAME IS BAD ? OR HOW IS THIS WORKING IN THIS SITUATION ?
