with every windows or gpu driver update PoE 2 has amnsesia of my set graphic options

since ever 0.1 EA release day 1, PoE 2 has amnesia of my set graphic options ingame whenever there is a windows or GPU driver update and defaults.
this is a unique to PoE 2 behaviour i can tell, since i have more games then PoE 2.

i have a multi display settup as hardware, and PoE 2 is set up to be running on Display 2. whenever said updates occur, like today for windows, PoE 2 defaults to Display 1 as well as other settings also.

since the asigning of PoE 2 to Display 2 allways takes 15 seconds, its annoying.

@GGG try to be more like other games please and make user setups in graphics tab of PoE 2 more resilent to windows and GPU driver update amnesias.
