Cannot rejoin map after dying

GREAT JOB ON THE AMAZING PATCH, GGG /s
I gave you all the benefit of the doubt that you were earnest in getting PoE2 to a fair and balanced point of development. Obviously, I was wrong again. I juiced a map up to 0 revives so I could put 3 tablets on the Tier 15 map. I cleared the map no problem, leaving the map boss to finish last. It was your glorious silverback gorilla; why am I not surprised that my first boss encounter after the update was a monster that has a one-shot kill attack. This baboon unsurprisingly subsequently one-shot my Titan with tens of thousands of armor and 3k life. I suspect you widened the area of effect of its slam attach, right GGG? I still have muscle memory of this monkey's attacks in the campaign and this "random" simian is definitely buffed up to make sure it can kill with one shot even with all my defenses and +10 levels above the monster level in the map. Since I had 0 revives, I plugged in another waystone with 4 revives since I lost all the juice from the first time and just wanted to kill this dumbly designed boss. Cleared the map again but it had chill ground with temporal chains (lovely lazy way to hamper player abilities, GGG. really nice) so my dodge was short and this bastard son of Son Goku got me with that ridiculously wide slam of his after I reconnected for the fourth time since the perfectly-programmed game kept disconnecting. Lovely. Apparently, server disconnects is a deliberate design decision to help monsters one-shot player characters. Amazing. That was fine. Losing 2 bars of hard-won XP was worth killing this PoS of PoE2. I had 3 revives left, right? But nooooooo, dying once even with revives remaining blocked me from entering the map since I "cannot rejoin the map after dying.". Not only did you take away a lot of the nice things you all begrudgingly gave players for them to enjoy your game, you all added even MORE bugs like this into the ridiculously unbalanced and undertested "game" that also functions as a sandbox so you all can experiment on people who shelved out real money to support you. Thanks so much for treating us like this GGG. Awesome that you always take 2 things away when you begrudgingly give one thing that is good. If you didn't like the game you built this much, you all should have never released it to the public, no? TL;DR there's a bug when failing a map juiced until 0 revives also makes the next instance created from a new waystone also enforce having 0 revives even if there a lot more revives left. From one software engineer to another, excellent work Project Team! Last edited by Elitista#7887 on Oct 2, 2025, 8:18:33 AM Last bumped on Oct 2, 2025, 8:18:01 AM
