Deshret's Blessing Level-Up Extra Effect does not work

The cosmetic: Deshret's Blessing Level-Up Extra Effect does not work on PC. The animation does not play and it lags the game and level up sound effect whenever you level with it equipped. There is another post about this from 2024 with ps5 users reporting the same problem but I was unable to replay to that thread.
