RMT bots promoting in Global Chat

there is the same account (might be changing name slightly but for most parts the same name) spamming in the global chat for weeks promoting a rmt website. whats worst is that they are not only promoting selling but also buying currency from players... not sure why its so hard for someone at ggg to "purchase" some currency from these sites and then ban all the accounts associated with such account.
