Leap Slam bug makes you can't leap ever until you portal or relog.

The last time it happened in the Trial of Chaos today. I was took the "Heart Tethers" debuff and I think after some bugged interaction with the tethers, I lost my Leap jump, I could never use it again. Then I relogged, got my Leap back but relogging caused to lost my run, Inscribed Ultimatum and probably lost the previous run's door key to "Trialmaster's Tower" too.

Before this, it happened maybe like 10 times while running maps but this was like 7-10 days ago before the 0.3.1 update. Again, after some buggy interaction with some skills I assume, I lost my Leap. I tried to replicate it and I think I did it but also not knowing 100% how to, all I know some interaction with these skills;

Leap Slam > Forge Hammer > Infernal Cry > Earthshatters and Seismic Cry.

I tried these combinations in free-play without mobs interaction but I couldn't replicate it. But when I am surrounded by mobs and hitting/killing doing combos, it happened many times and I suspected, somewhere between spamming Earthshatter and using Seismic Cry were causing it so I stopped using Seismic Cry to break Earthshatter as much as possible, and I encounter the bug less since then.

Until today, as I mentioned above, I believe there was some buggy interaction happened with the "Heart Tethers" made me lose my Leap Slam again. I am sure I did not used the full combo/rotation this time, so there must be some buggy interaction between Leap Slam and Heart Tethers debuff, and maybe a Forge Hammer that I might have used or not.

I searched in the bug reports but couldn't find any reports about someone losing the Leap Slam. I also checked the Reddit and Discord too.

Also to make sure it is not about my keys and mouse, I have tested the keys and also changed the skill input keys while bugged, and assigned new keys were also unable to use the skill; so it wasn't a hardware issue.
