Glacial Lance + Richochet III + Salvo = fail

Salvo grants additional projectiles, Richochet III causes additional projectiles to bounce from terrain # of projectile times.. Glacial Lance just fires one projectile and never chains from terrain. Should either work or be explicit why it doesn't work. (Glacial Lance chains from terrain just fine using other supports, the failure seems to be not gaining the conversion of additional projectiles -> chain from terrain count)
