Molten Vault quest item still does not drop

I thought this was fixed, regarding to the patch notes.
Just did a quick run, no quest item. Last bumped on Oct 2, 2025, 5:17:27 AM

for me didn't drop but the quest was updated to go and talk to the dude in the camp and successfully finished without the hammer giving the skill gem and the artificier.
