Breach monsters spawn invisible

After opening breach and walking out of it,I am getting surrounded and killed by invisible breach monsters that spawns probably on its edge. There is no indicate of them, no health bars etc. I can't move or roll out, can't damage them.
I have passive for 30% slower breach opening.
