Constantly frozen since patch! ("chilled" debuff)

Since the patch today almost every rare mob and boss is freezing me with random attacks that shouldn't. No matter what map modifier i get freezed. Just fought the mermaid boss and her attack did instantly freeze me and after that i got killed. My friend got attacked by the same spell and nothing happens to him.
Whats wrong with my game?
