Party-Play / Multi-player

Please, look into optimization for party-play. I go from a near flawless experience solo. To a nightnarish experience when playing with a friend.

Yes, I understand it could be their ISP. But, they seem to have minimal issues solo. It appears to be something in the bridging of multiple players.

Any help would be appreciated!
