Weapon swap bug & non stop crashes

2 issues here.

1st the weapon swap on skill use, is not working while on rhoa.
I have to dismount/drop from mount in order to start working.It has caused me countless deaths, wasted my time & lost so much currency/maps/drops etc...

2nd is the non-stop crashes of the game. I have tried so many different "fixes", nothing works. Fix it?
