Texas Server Latency Issues

I live right next to the servers so, ordinarily, I sustain 1-5 ms. After the update, I am now sitting at around 50-80 ms baseline, and in maps it's literally unplayable (jumps to around 200 ms every 2 seconds). I checked my internet and everything is functioning correctly. Not sure what's happening.
