Can't enter the game after patch 0.3.1

Hi, after the patch 0.3.1 dropped I can't enter the game; logging in works as it should, but can't enter the game as any character.

I tried:
-changing server
-changing renderer
-lowering all graphic settings
-reinstalling
-deleting poe2_production_Config
-disabling multithreading

I wonder if there is any solution to my problem or if it's on the patch side?
