Chronomancer Time Freeze ends early.

Very noticable after Patch, 11 second Time Freeze often ends after only 1 or 2 seconds. Only use the skill on Bosses (including Delirium and those stone circle mini bosses) and happens on all of them. Dont know what causes this, sometimes its normal duration, but very often its only a very short Time Freeze duration. Only after the latest patch.
