Add to atlas configuration for monster HP/DMG so we can bring that methodical combat to table

Bring to poe atlass configuration from poe 1 about monster life and damage

So we can decide to make monsters to have more HP and get more meaningful and methodical combat that was promised. Game now is just brain-washed holding one button zooming fiesta. There are no place for synergies in end-game and everything is so easy. It's also like poe 1 - one shot or be one shoted.

Bring difficulty nodes with monster HP increase to atlas. We will balance game to our will trough atlass if you given up on that poe 2 vision with slower combat.
