Plague Bearer cannot be cast after receiving Temple "Attack Skill" Buff

Description:
When using Plague Bearer, if I obtain a Temple Buff that applies to Attack Skills (for example, buffs that affect attack skill damage or abnormal ailment stacking)

This causes a bug where:

Plague Bearer becomes stuck as if it is "still accumulating ailments".

I am unable to cast Plague Bearer again.

The skill cant use

Steps to Reproduce:

Pick up a Buff that applies to Attack Skills.(sky fall blablabla that)

While using Plague Bearer, attempt to activate it again.

Observe that the skill becomes unusable.
