Spellslinger disabling minions.

Still have this same issue since the latest patch...

My minions all disappeared after equipping a wand with the "Spellslinger" skill on it. If I unequip the weapon they come back. If I reduce my minions down to zero it will then let me summon the first 2x free minions but no more. I have 262 spirit so more than enough to summon more.

I've tried unequipping all gems from my scepter and re-equipping etc. The only thing that seems to bring them back is unequipping my wand... which I obviously don't want to do... I just bought it as an upgrade and had already sold my old one before I noticed the minion problem...
