Door closed after boss fight.

Hello everyone,
After defeating the boss in the map "CALDERA", the arena door remains closed.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's intended behavior.
If it's intentional, I find it quite inconvenient, as I haven't finished exploring the map yet and now can't go back.
Has anyone else experienced this or knows whether it's supposed to be like that?

Had this happen on Cenotes boss, killed the bird and then couldn't leave arena, red mist wall blocking.
