unable to play my ps5 main character on PC

I started out POE2 on PS5 with account bomt697#0695.

I moved over to PC with account bomt697#7182.

I am able to play all my alt characters but not my main character on PC, Scotchy_McScotch.
I keep getting the same error msg:
Abnormal Disconnection
Error: Failed to join any instances

I have tried to change the servers from DC to Texa, California, and even to London.
Still get the same error message.
I've tried to zone in via starting at the Hideout.

I don't have this issue on my PS5.

Please advise on how to fix this issue. Thanks
