Prioritize Ball Lightning for Lightning Warp

I am playing ball lightning/lightning warp build. The problem is when fighting boss that have big hitbox. It won't let me warp to the balls, It instead clicked to the boss which resulting no damage. It would be great for lightning warp to prioritize ball lightning instead of monster

Yeah, theres a bunch of posts about the terrible targeting of this skill.

Ball targeting, cull targeting, non-cull targeting. The implementation is dogshit and its been complained about a lot.

Yet, here we are. Another bug for a year and a half.

It never should've been released to live like this.
