Farrul's Rune of Grace incorrectly interacts with sprint
I noticed today after swapping from 25% movement speed boots to boots without an explicit for movespeed but with Farrul's Rune of Grace it does affect movement speed during the roll, but as soon as the roll animation ends, speed gets set to a lower speed then i had with 25% boots (I have 395 spirit, so should get 26% from rune).
I consider this a bug since the rune does state "Other modifiers to movement speed do not apply" yet sprint is a whole different animation-state compared to regular walking/running; I don't think the run-state should be considered a movement modifier but an entirely different animation-state.
