Temporal Rift does not reset ES/HP/Mana to overflow levels

Using temporal rift if you have overflow of any type on you, they get reset to your base HP/ES/Mana.

Example setup:

Indigon + Sacrifice of Mind (Mana overflow to 6.8K instead of 4.5K)


6.8K mana -> Temporal Rift alone (Nothing happens, resets to 6.8K) -> use a spell to lower max mana -> Temporal rift -> Nothing happens.
