Patch 0.3.1 Omen of Amelioration no longer triggers

Since 0.3.1 (1st Oct 2025) Omen of Amelioration no longer triggers.

It is in inventory, selected, but does not trigger upon death, experience loss is full. :(

I use it in conjunction with Omen of Resurgence, but this one worked fine.

Tooltip on the omens: "Only one Omen can be triggered from combat in each instance."
