Exception: Unknow input type

The game crashes after a few minutes and gives me the error code "Exception: Unknow input type." I've already deleted and re-downloaded the game. It still doesn't work. I've also cleared the cache. I've also updated the drivers, and it still doesn't work for more than 5 minutes. I'm starting to get frustrated. Pls help.
