Adding Powerful Map Boss with Overseer Tablet doesnt count for Organised Forces Atlas Passive

Organised Forces:
Non-Irradiated Areas with Powerful Map Bosses have +1 level

Overseer Precursor Tablet:
Empowers the Map Boss of a Map.

Empowering a Map Boss upgrades it to a Powerful Map Boss


When adding an Overseer Precursor Tablet to a non-irradiated area, area level remains the same. Either a description needs to be updated, or a bug fixed

I was disappointed to find that Overseer tablets don't work with Organised Forces.

Came to look for this and post it if it wasn't there but bumping this because it should work or the tablets aren't worth running.

I just want this to be read by the team so I just leave a comment. It definetly does not work as intended. The area level does not change at all.
