Nothing happening after beating Azmadi in cuachic vault

I have been resetting the instance, the game, everything I can think of for the last week. Have beaten these bosses multiple times for nothing to happen. The first time I beat them Doryani showed up but still nothing, everytime after that he doesn't even show up and it also does not allow me to open the vault doors with the small soul cores.

Complete user error: no message shows to go back to Kingsmarch and speak with the hooded one. no bug, just a week of confusion
