CRASH

i have alot of problems with crashes, every time in every map i got crashed and thats very disturbing, i changed from directX12 to Vulkan, deleted shadeers from POE2 Files but the game works but with alot of problems like frame drops, lags...
the game suddnly freezing without errors, not responding and then it closed
