party option - level restriction

Please give us an option for public parties to restrict level.

Even when I want to play a new character, I like to challenge myself and not die and also don't want to get help by high level players.

But the high level players join all the time and I have to tell them that I don't need the help (even when I mention it in the name of the party).

They are really helpful people and that's nice. But in my case I don't need it.

But also for high level parties I often see in party name's that they only want like level 90+ or even higher level players for maps.

So a level restriction would be kind of appreciated.
