Patch 0.3.1 - Attack speed debuff presisted even when far away from monster or monster killed

Was fighting a Lvl 72 Lightness Moray in the Abyssal Depths with:

Green degen field
Life regen
Shroud walker (teleport)
Molten shell

and got an attack speed degen - from 0.5s to over 1s - not listed in stats page but felt when attacking.

The attack speed degen remained even when I was out of the degen field or killed the monster. Had to return to hideout for it to reset.


Just happened again this time fighting a Rare in Slick map.
