Overseer Tablet not set to 10 uses

I just 3-to-1'd my Overseer Tablets to update the values after the patch, and you can see in the image above that they are not all 10 uses (still unidentified to verify they haven't been used). Also, the unique tablets for every other mechanic are all set to 5, however, the overseer unique tablets have 2-5 uses and they have never been used.
