XESS causes indefinite black screen with cogwheels in latest patch on Intel Arc A770 card

Hopefully this is useful information, but since last night's patch the game won't display graphics (only UI and loading gears) in client unless XESS is turned off. Other upscalers still work fine as far as I can tell, as does switching to Vulkan (though there were fairly significant graphical anomalies in Vulkan).

I was not able to update the drivers because the updating system is super bugged. Ill try to update BIOS when I can, then DDU the old gpu drivers and try again. No Idea when Ill be able to do that.
