Organic Extra Content not properly tracked

Map organically had Breach and delirium mirror added, however it was not noted or tracked in the extra content overlay.

My best guess is the order of operations for what displays in the extra content is effed up before the random extra content is added to a map.
Which is only tracking content added by tablets rather than content on the map itself.
